Maundy Thursday Service
Thursday, April 2, 7 PM, Sanctuary

Join us on Maundy Thursday for a meaningful and reflective service as we gather to remember the night Jesus shared his final meal with his disciples. Through music, scripture reading, reflection, and the sacrament of Holy Communion, we will enter into the story of Christ’s love poured out for us. When Jesus himself wanted to explain to his disciples what his forthcoming death was all about, he didn’t give them a sermon – he gave them a meal. Come and join us at Christ’s table, where all are welcome and grace is received.

Good Friday Cantata, We Remember Calvary
Friday, April 3, 7 PM, Sanctuary

On Good Friday our Chancel Choir will present We Remember Calvary by Joel Raney. We Remember Calvary is a Holy Week Tenebrae cantata, featuring a blend of traditional hymns, contemporary songs, narration, and congregational singing. It tells the story of Christ’s last days and journey to the cross. As NT Wright states, “The cross is the surest, truest and deepest window on the very heart and character of the living and loving God.” Join us for an evening of music, as we reflect on the ultimate revelation of God’s love.

Easter Sunday
Sunday, April 5, 9 AM, Sanctuary, 11 AM, Fellowship Hall

Join us this Easter Sunday as we celebrate the good news that Jesus Christ has defeated death. In a world full of fear and anxiety, Christ’s resurrection promises us that hope triumphs over despair. As part of our celebration, we invite you to bring flowers to place on our outdoor cross on the patio – a beautiful symbol of new life and resurrection. Following the 9 AM service, we will also gather to release butterflies as a sign of the new life we share in Christ. We look forward to celebrating the joy and promise of Easter with you!
